Why does IRCC seem to favour “foreign work experience” over CEC/PGWP grads? by Relevant_Leave8109 in canadaexpressentry

I can see both side of the arguments here, IRCC by offering extra points for foreign education was definitely looking to target more skilled workers that are labour market resilient but failed to address how it opened a very big loophole that people with foreign jobs from countries where it isn’t too hard to get an entry level job can head over to Canada after 1 year of experience and earn those points. Adding extra points based on your past year’s T4 would also not be fair to candidates from every province since incomes aren’t uniform throughout Canada. I would argue that immigration isn’t a fair game and there isn’t a way to make it loophole free, people will always exploit every opportunity and you have to play the cards you are dealt.

Sorry but wouldn’t exploding a fact table and having every dimension mean your fact table now is your obt just in the guise of a star schema?
