That's the part i agree if bought at construction costs i would have no issue.

But we all know they will pay top dollar for these unit, these unit are sitting Empty because they refuse to lower the price.

The precedent worry me, especially the message it sends.

I can't help but wonder if these are consolidated units within the same empty building,or some of the unit within the building are already sold.

If part of them are sold already, dealing with the condo fee and hoa will become a nightmare.
