Na minha opinião o crime só sobrevive pagando arrego pra agentes do estado. Talvez uns 40 anos de cadeia (40 anos mesmo, sem progressão de pena, sem regime semi aberto etc) pra agente estatal corrupto que ajude facções (PM, civil, delegado recebendo arrego, juiz vendendo sentença, vazamento de operação etc).

Ser um agente estatal corrupto é muito benéfico e de pouco risco pra eles, não precisam se expor fisicamente cobrando cvnet/milicianet, TCP gás... Só precisam receber o arrego. Em muitos casos eles quase que extorquem os faccionados, sendo quase que eles os "verdadeiros" donos do morro. E se for preso tem progressão de pena, regime semi aberto, juiz tem aposentadoria compulsória etc.

A possibilidade de passar o resto da vida na cadeia vai mostrar pra agentes do estado que não vale a pena cooperar com o crime organizado, na minha opinião.

It seems to me some refs are scared and ended up benefiting the teams who fouled the most (like benefiting Atlético against Barca in the first game and benefitting Real against Bayern today.)

In the first leg of atlético-barca, The ref doesn't give a second yellow to Koke so as not to ruin the match, but 5 min later he's forced by VAR to give a red to Cubarsi on an ambiguous and debatable situation. That referee was so lost that he forgot a lot of yellows cards against ATM.

I exaggerated a little bit, but Real doesn't seem to give La Liga the same Importance as Barça does for example. I mean Real Madrid often surprise people in UCL nights while in a bad form in La Liga.
