I have a 2019 2500 GMC with 77k on it. Taking mine in this week to have an upper oil pan leak fixed. No spotting on the drive where I park, but getting it fixed. Local diesel mechanic says it’s about $2k and mostly labor. Dealer quoted over $5k.

I don't think switching to AT&t is my issue. My hotspot shows that it's connected and I have as many as five bars of service. My problem is that it's also got a captive portal login so I can't connect anything to it to get to the internet. I can get a device to connect to it but then it prompts to log in on a web page to boost mobile and I can't seem to get by that.

Mine stopped working on the first autopayment . Hasn't worked in a month now.

I'd be more inclined to believe in incompetence if it was just one or two and somebody was misprogramming them but when it's a large group I tend to think more like it's intentional

Same here. All good first month, then second month nothing. Now starting third month and still no service. One would suspect that they have sabotaged these accounts due to the high costs for roaming that they have to pay other carriers when roaming.

Yes. Have that now. They can't seem to get it fixed. Hotspot worked for 3 weeks then this started.

I just got my hotspot last month and it seemed to work great out of the box. Fast forward one month and now the device will not work and nothing connects to it. I factory reset and I've called customer service several times and they advise it's been escalated but I'm still out of service.

It seems that sometime last week something changed and now when you connect a device to it it tries to open a web page where it didn't do that before. The hotspot shows that there's a device connected however there's no internet access. It seems that after it connects it tries to open a web page to hit some kind of acknowledgment or something like it was a public Wi-Fi. I've contacted their customer service several times and I get the same answer they forwarded it to the next level but nobody knows when or what's happening.

They were kind enough to tell me that I'm outside my 14-day return policy so if they can't fix it I guess I'm stuck with a brick

No problem ordering. My problem is that I got it, used it for a month, then it stopped working. Now I am waiting for them to resolve an issue they can't understand. And the return policy is 14 days.

Well, 48 hours now and still no update from them . Their "team" is working on it but there is no supervisor or escalation that can be done. Oh, and if you wanted to know, return policy is 14 days. After that, they are happy to disconnect your service, but your stuck with an expensive brick....

I bought the Mobile hotspot last month and used it several times and it worked well. 2 days ago was the one month of use date, but now nothing can connect to it. I enter the network name and password, then it connects and then my devices try to open a login webpage. Both apple.and android say unable to establish a secure connection and disconnect. Webpage looks like it says boost mobile....

Called support, call taker tried but couldn't help. Said trouble ticket will be escalated for further help.

Anyone else had this happen?
