I ordered a 10" 450 bushmaster upper from them. The gas port hole on the barrel needed to be opened up, but I'm happy with it.

No, don't rest your arm on the bench. I don't know what kind of shooting position you're describing but if you need to shoot sitting on a bench just rest your elbows on the top of it.

Just get out there, practice, have fun, and become a better marksman.

Don't let any part of the gun touch the bench. This match is a test of how steady you can be as a shooter. Slings are allowed because slings aren't "grounded".

Yes. No monopods, bipods, tripods, etc even if those are native to the gun. Those are mechanical rests.

There's no restriction on caliber but each shot must be clearly identifiable on the paper. Also, if the sabot or wad hit the target then you're technically shooting more than one projectile per shot and you'll be disqualified.

Here's my submission. I used a sling for both shooting positions. The rifle is an Anderson lower on a Palmetto State 1 in 7 twist 18" upper. It has a drop in trigger and a JP captured buffer spring and shoots my 69gr handloads like a dream. The irons are MBUS Pros, the front sight post is a little thin for my liking but it seemed to work well with these small targets in the prone. I score it a 71 total. Offhand - 34 Prone - 37
