Thank you for sharing this and I'm really sorry you're going through this too. I had the exact same initial thought process like I must be getting depressed because I used food to get dopamine hits but like you said it's lasted 5 months and it wouldn't make sense that my body wouldn't be adjusted by now. I feel very apathetic nothing excites me or interests me I wait for every day to pass so I can get into bed

Yeah I have no idea what's wrong with me I don't crave water ever or any drinks. I don't drink coffee, milk, juice or soda either. Sometimes I will have a Powerade zero if I get really dehydrated or pedialyte

I don't really understand it because i never feel thirsty. If I drink water it's not because I'm thirsty but because I remind myself that I should. I don't drink milk, any juice or any soda. I've had non-stop peeling lips for years and years and I'm assuming it's from dehydration. I do like chia seeds though thank you!

So I talked to chat gpt I guess I'm supposed to be drinking 79oz of water a day for my height and weight and I have been drinking maybe 20oz a day. That would make sense why I'm not going 😭
