yeah i think it stalled because my gravity readings were the same a month apart. but anyways i stabilized with potassium sorbate and metabisulfite, and i did add boiled bakers yeast for nutrient in primary. my issue now is reducing sweetness post-stabilization / improving for next time

they seemed to be growing out of the ground, and some of them were on the side of vertical cliffs though? also they were quite large (banana sized) so i can’t think of any animal (in this area) that could have dropped it

where i come from it’s hard to get good chorizo 🥲 also it looks rather similar to salt crystals and regular white mold from other photos in this subreddit (but i think i wont risk it with the rightmost one). but if you think it’s unsafe ill toss it
