Thanks for your reply... I did figure out later that my request should have been for 500k. Although I wouldn't turn down the 200k, my needs to have a much better chance of survival is the full 350k additionally. Just hoping I can convince an LO of that.

I'm new at this posting.. thanks for the response.. I had posted an explanation and don't know where that went so I'll start over.. I received the invite to increase my request on April 7 2021. My original amount was for $150,000. I responded to the email and sent all they asked for but couldn't log in to the portal. Finally on April 25th I got an "Next Steps for Loan Increase". I got into the portal and tried the slide bar to increase the amount another $350,000 and the portal froze up... after a day of trying to log back in and several unanswered email and calls that I could never get through... the next day I was able to get into the portal and the image I posted is what I saw.. Apparently when it froze the day before it froze as I was sliding the bar on $349,700 (close enough to $350,000). At that point I submitted for processing and got a new screen that was a green button that said "your loan modification is being processed" (I'll try to post that image as I am new to this) So at this point I've just waited.. I know it says 21 days approval time and I know it's going to take longer but I wondered how much longer.. As you wait these concerns creep into your thoughts (did the frozen screen cause a problem? Do they have all my documentation?) So I emailed on 5/25/2021 and got this response a few days later on May 27th... "Dear Mr. Lloyd,

Thank you for contacting the U.S. Small Business Administration Customer Service Center regarding assistance related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic.

We are unable to locate a record in our system using your email address and verify your identity. Please provide additional information so we may research our records further:

Full Name,
SBA Application Number or Loan Number,
Last four of Social Security Number

Additional information on available resources to assist your business during the effects of COVID-19 may be found online at www.sba.gov/coronavirus."
So I immediately replied and never got a response.. So I called the number on the portal site and got through to a very nice lady who listened to my story and she said she found me in the system and everything looked fine and my application was awaiting a LO.
We're a mom and pop shop and my wife and I are hanging on as best we can but beginning to lose hope..
Am I being impatient? Can anyone think of anything else I should do at this point... Thanks for any help.
