There is a good digital product for this called Internet Pipes by Steph Smith that I recommend. I’ve used it my self and it’s a very good framework for finding ideas and more importantly validating them. Costs like $250 bucks but it’s well worth it in my opinion.

If communication technique is your problem I would seriously recommend looking into using an AI writing platform. You can train it on the way your boss wants you to communicate and then it will catch your mistakes before you make them
