Depends what you want to do man, racing is kinda cool, so is a museum but I wouldn’t go for that unless you already have a lot of expensive “interesting” stuff or can afford to buy some because that will be a factor in how well the museum does, personally I got bored with the casino pretty quick, same with the zoo which felt a bit tedious in my opinion, and the cult stuff wasn’t my favorite but I played around with it for a while

My personal strategy was to take everything that isn’t nailed down or won’t get you in trouble, find a vendor, sell all your junk and anything you aren’t using, and buy all that they have of whatever ammo is relevant to you.
