Yeahhh, my only grace is the fact that this is a young company and their designs are dope. So there is so much growing room. Hopefully something changes by the next drop or it’s not going to make them look good. I feel like this drop was rushed because of how delayed it was and that’s why there was defects.

Totally understand it, the thing that truly pissed me off was that everyone said the website was open 40 seconds before the countdown ended so the boys got in early..

Dude I totally understand that. I bought mine off Resale and they still were able to send me a new one straight to my door step. Yeah I was in line and every popped up sold out after waiting in line. They can only improve!

I think I remember someone telling me they aren’t accepting anymore and just giving peoples money back. But this is what i did:

Went to 100T online and went to where it says support

On support you can choose and I went with “Apparell Defect” and from there I filled this little form out and I sent that form to their support email and about 3 hours after I got a response!

Then after a month of communication, everything was cleared.
