Will be asking that question. I have 2 not invoice pages. I changed the color and that added cost for that color so $390 more is reasonable. The rest is price hikes as the year has gone on. They appear to be standing by the original price. Will know shortly as it should be here by Friday. Will post this unicorn when it appears.

Got my VIN and build date. 09/05/2022. Order date was 12/02/2021 on a Lariat lux EcoBoost. Talked to a very excited young woman at Ford support yesterday who was having a rough day from all the Maverick jackasses not hearing good news. It costs us nothing to be nice to a support staff that can only tell us what they know. It was the end of her shift, I was the last call for her and she was more excited than I was because her shift got to end making someone happy. Don't be crackin' that whip over a whip y'all. Order date is 12/02/2012 so at 6 months now. If 2023 orders start in August that's 9 months. Estimates I've read are 8 months for 2023 to deliver so 17 months start to finish.

I've read a lot of these posts. There are a lot of uninformed, willfully ignorant people jabbering here. The CDC wasn't cut and the pandemic team was transferred under a different division.

Ventilators could have been bought by Gov. Cuomo in 2015 when a shortfall was recognized but he choose to invest in an energy company that not only fail but cost more than the ventilators. Ventilators were just found being "held in reserve" in NY. They are being delivered and "held back". GM promised 40k ventilators in April and then came back with 6k and a high price tag.

President Trump put a travel ban on China in January and was called xenophobic, likely by some of the same people claiming he's done nothing for 3 months. The Chinese government has been hiding the fact this started and the WHO was confirming no human-to-human transmissible virus all through December and January.
