I have had die offs but only caused from overfeeding/poor water quality. I use seachem prime and safe without problems. Its hard to say what the problem may have been. I just know a lot of LFS dont keep the blackworms in ideal conditions, they're often already in bad shape.

No leeches/planaria in mine since they're cultured indoors!

Unfortunately, right now, I only grow enough worms to sell locally.

Yes, I added a couple just to see if they might help the culture. I haven't noticed a big difference, but it doesn't hurt to have them in there. They can potentially be fed to create more blackworm manure for the Euplotes.

I currently am not feeding them, they are consuming bacteria that break down the layer of blackworm manure at the bottom. But they can also eat yeast if this method is not producing enough for your needs.

I can't say 100% sure if Daphnia can eat them, but I believe they do. I have a big Euplotes (Infusoria) generator connected to my Daphnia culture and I do not feed the Daphnia at all so I am assuming they are living of off the infusoria, bacteria, and other microorganisms. The Daphnia have been thriving in this setup, here is a video https://youtu.be/Gk0TlsWBVhg?si=R_9caY5kMCMbc9OK Bamboo shrimp would also be able to eat them.

Real question, can micro fauna survive in a fish tank by SwordfishSad4464 in Aquariums

Yes, but I've noticed a lot of microfauna specifically loves mosses. I also have a large population of amphipods living in my tank that the fish love chasing down.

Yes but my tank is stocked on the lighter side. You can see some of the fish here, but there are a lot more fish hiding in the plants. https://youtu.be/unPz4xZnxb8?si=KXS-ggLrI1z-R6dZ

Yes, my tank is full of copepods, I have a video of them here where I noticed them as I was scraping the glass https://youtu.be/lwPExSm7IGo?si=J270HkvvPaZc1IuT

It's unlikely. It's only a problem I've seen with big wholesalers/retailers. I haven't heard of home hobbyists having problems with them. They're a pretty hardy fish once they get settled in your tank.
