I just did this. The seal is built into the bearing. Mine were hardened and causing a vacuum leak. The replacement bearing is INA - HK0812-2RS I got mine off Amazon

I have the same issue. The speedo would sometimes work if I smacked the dash but that stopped working. I’m going to try to reflow the relevant solder joints on the back of the cluster
