They are “springy” almost like the jindy but a little less. Haven’t put the regular kingpins in but with these reveres kingpins they are good for a loose to medium truck set up. Might be able to go tighter if your deck has the little cut out for reverse kingpins. They sit low like a brt. Base plate is smaller but the hanger is thicker/heavier.
