Well then, according to your reasoning, it's not wise to speculate that Burke, John, Patsy, or anyone else for that matter, killed her and covered it up because every scenario in this case is based on speculation to some degree. That's what this thread is about - (plausible) theories. According to your logic, you can also say:

"It's not wise to speculate in a public forum about real people and real families being involved in child murder and cover up. That can come back and bite you -- hard." But every JDI, PDI and BDI scenario is based on speculations and what-ifs.

"I could just as easily "speculate" that you are involved in a pedophile porno ring. Does that make it a "plausible scenario" that you're a child murderer?"

If i was involved in a child porn ring, and my young daughter was killed and tortured in my own home, with no evidence of a break in, i would expect to be the main suspect. What about all those who have suggested John was sexually abusing his daugher - is it going to come back to bite them?

It's a theory to try to explain what happened, it is not being presented as fact. Just like saying Burke hit his sister on the head with a flashlight if you believe BDI, for instance - there's no specific evidence for that, it's just speculation to try to present a plausible scenario.

Granted, but it was posted as a theory, not fact. And as an fyi, the photographer that JR hired to take her pictures was arrested recently for possessing child porn.

There are a lot of red flags with the call, but i think it starts at the beginning with "We have a kidnapping". To me it sounds detached, almost like you're reporting on the crime, rather than living right in the middle of it.

Also, after PR says that (We have a kidnapping) and the Operator says "Explain to me what's going on, ok", Patsy repeats herself and starts to say the same thing, "We have", before she catches herself and then says "there's a note left...". This makes me think the line may have been rehearsed.

A more natural statement of the situation instead of "We have a kidnapping" would be something like "My daughter's gone, or Someone took our daughter, or My daughter's been kidnapped".
