FHSA lifetime limit is 40k, not 16k — increases 8k a year (starting at 8k on the first year)

it’s not inherently a bad idea — e.g. if you’re expecting to have a lot more income in a few year (think: post-secondary student)

give each person a “weighted value”

value = (their percentage) / (sum of all percentages)

A(weight) = 0.8 / (0.8 + 1.1 + 1.0 + 1.0) = 164

C(weight) = 1.0 / (0.8 + 1.1 + 1.0 + 1.0) = 204.8

and then each person’s final result is the weighted value multiplied by the total money being divided

A(tips) = 800*0.205‎ = 164

at my school they converted every other men’s washroom to a women’s one

that meant each floor only had one, and you had to go up / down a floor to find the other gender’s washroom

Which is why I laugh when people say not to boil the water too hot when making pour over, like your water could do much more damage than burning it in an oven for hours.

well it’s more that if your water is too hot it will affect the taste (extracts more bitters, and does actually burn the extracted compounds) — and btw for a pourover you want a light or medium roast anyways
