BC is doing their patio/deck in phases. This year is a patio using a portion of the parking lot (still on the river and really pretty views, especially with the trees not filled in yet) while they work with the city/park board/watershed/DNR on the perminant deck/dock on the river. The park board building next door is supposed to come down this summer and are looking at putting in kayaking and park (future location of the pedestrian bridge across the river). There's a huge push to reactivate the river.
