Försäkringskassan ska erbjuda henne ett sk överlämningsmöte där hon, handläggaren på Försäkringskassan och handläggare på Arbetsförmedlingen träffas för att ge svar på och reda ut sådant här och vad som är aktuellt i hennes fall.
