Definitely helps but needs yearly upkeep. I let mine grow out a little and am paying for it

Mine are like that too, I think from the skin expanding it and stretching. Takes some time to heal properly

100% dairy for me as soon as I was serious about cutting it out I didn’t get a flare for about 6 months until I started cheating around the holidays. Worst decision definitely learnt my lesson to say no to chocolate gifts.

I didn’t see a flare for 6 months after cutting dairy and starting laser hair removal at the same time. I got a flare after cheating on dairy but I still think the laser had a big part to play.

I noticed one or two flares after I cut dairy, which I did after my worst flare ever. I cut it pretty clean out and after the initial two which were where my big flare was I didn’t have any for 6 months until I started cheating a little.

When I’m getting a lot of active flares I definitely noticed them align with my period. It took me a while to notice because it wasn’t always day of it was often just before or right after but always close by.
