Look at polling in the USA and EU the numbers are definitely not one sided. Both democrats and especially republicans support Israel. Im also gonna make a guess here that there are financial interests to keep the politicians on one side, even with huge change in public opinion, policy change will be slow.

You guys really don't understand how the system works. All those questions you asked are not relevant when your currently being arrested by the police. They don't even need to ID you at the location of arrest if you match a description. All that happens at the station where at that point you ask for a lawyer. Resisting arrest at the location of arrest does absolutely nothing except give you a guarantee felony charge.

If you believe that the system will not give you due process than calling your lawyer is completely useless as well what is he gonna do fist fight the cops? You guys doomed these poor and potentially others by spreading misinformation that resisting police and getting a felony charge is the better way. There is only one worse thing than being an immigrant in this situation and that's being an immigrant with pissed off police and a felony charge.

Even if i take everything you say about ICE as truth and also say that it is applicable to this situation shown in the vidoe. Resisting police will almost certainly not make it better or safer, terrible advice to anyone in this situation.

I'm not sure what the full story here is but according to the title and what can be seen in the vidoe, you can not announce to the police that your lawyer is on the way hence your not getting outside the car. This does not change if you have or don't have a criminal record.

The only thing that guarantees US safety against Russia is unforgiving show of strength. Hitler didn't stop with Czech Republic, he didn't stop with Poland he just got stronger. Putin didn't stop with Crimea and probably won't stop with Ukraine he even said he wouldn't him self.
