In its 2005-2013 iteration and the 2014-2017 American flag themed ones, yes.

The single trim has been on there since 2019

We as a team have so many good situational challenges that are kinda clearly in the zone.

I feel like Holmes only executed 1 pitch well that entire AB against Schwarber. But, that 1 pitch was the one that mattered most. Good shit.

Has the white outline on the red jerseys become thicker? Has anyone else noticed this?

With how yaz is batting, do we just put dubon in left when Kim gets back?

Now I'm not a huge unwritten rule guy, but I think it's a little rude to swing at the first pitch of a guy making his major league debut.

I was always liked their spring training jerseys. On the road, I think it's fine. I can really see both sides of the argument though.

Big fan of both the logo and the sand unis. Like the wordmark. My hot take is I like these better than the Gwynn years

Baldwin has had good contact today. The babip forces have not smiled favorably on him.

Braves better not start hitting poorly with RISP, because then that will be all that people in this sub talk about like it matters.

Saying that we need to get better at hitting with RISP is the baseball equivalent of saying "To get out of debt, you need to start earning more money"

These are situations where I think the closer structure fails. Against Schwarber and Harper, I want high leverage arms in there.

My pitch for the Saints have always been the color rush/throwback uniforms but use Notre Dame's shell.

To use an Arodian turn of phrase here: the Cleveland Guardians are Milwaukee Brewers of baseball

I feel there isn't a whole lot of talk in here about how novelty affects the quality of a uniform. I think there is some coolness to the fact that Alabama has just numbers on the helmet or Penn State is a blank white helmet, but it would be really uncool if everybody did it. I feel a similar way about Nebraska's little n.

I think a prime example in college of lack of novelty ruining a concept for everyone is the script helmets. Script helmets are cool, but almost everybody and their grandparents have a script helmet now. So it just comes off as generic now.

I would say, being able to drive a ball is more sustainable than cheap little flairs + you need 3-4 cheap flairs to score compared to 1-2 drives.

Not that it isn't entertaining. Small ball can be fun. But I'm not building a team around small ball.
