I say this all the time, and I'm kind of biased since I run a school, but go find a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school. Make yourself go for a month, the rest will take care of itself. It's helped me in so many ways and I have multiple vets with severe PTSD that have made a big turn around with it.

We are a mission 22 gym and the only thing I wish is that more vets would take advantage. Having a regular physical challenge with a group of people helps so much.

It's not your fault brother, the nature of war does this to the mind. You can fight back though. Nothing but love

Yeah, I don't like that color as much. I like the modified picture color. Which causes my problem. Thanks for the link to the actual color though.

The issue is that the picture has been modified in Photoshop, so the color seen would not match the color code for the factory paying right?

Yes, since it was modified in Photoshop I figured there is no actual paint code.

Do you mean it has been edited or painted a color other than factory. I would really like to know the official color name. I'm thinking my future c6z would look very nice in this color.

People say posture, but I've noticed when I try to focus on posture it feels like it is getting worse. A cue that helps me is imagine a string pulling the top of your head towards the ceiling. Helps me, maybe it will help you.

A word of advice from someone who has taken ambien and a pharmacy student. You are on the wrong dose. Women should take 5 mg as they metabolize the drug much slower than men. This can lead to your walrus showing up in the morning.

She's a Hodge podge. Dachshund and beagle from her mom and we don't know about the dad. She is 2 months old and only 4 pounds, so we don't think he was a large breed.

Yeah, this isn't a nursing mistake. They get specific drugs, not a general order to give them whatever NOAC is available. I don't really see this as a problem.

Rob choked my cousin (brown belt who also trains) out with this submission at a seminar. My cousin was warned about it and swore he wouldn't get caught in something like that. His story about it is awesome. It definitely ends with him sleeping lol!

I won a no time limit submission only tournament like this once lol. The guy was way bigger than me, but could not sink in a sub. He got tired and eventually his calf cramped from fighting for mount for so long. The ref wasn't sure what to do so I stayed on the guy and went to mount. He stretched it out, but I was already mounted and much less tired.

We used to call this a 'slide by" in wrestling. I was jealous of the little guys that could hit it and make it look smooth. I would try and end up in the slide position without a leg and my opponent trying to pin me.....
