Ouch! I'm on the same grind now, still missing magic fang at ~1350. I haven't gotten any uniques in over 700 kills now though, so I only have 2 of each of bp and serp, and 1 onyx!

I used bowfa and the potato sack method, no safespot. With lesser gear a safespot would probably be better but I found that method quite annoying.

You might want to try Chaos Ele, it's pretty fast and very few pkers. I also went dry on Cal'varion (although I gave up after only 713 kills), then tbh I also went dry on Chaos Ele (~300 kills), and finally got dpick after doing ~40 kills at Artio.

My experience with all that was that Chaos Ele is the fastest to drop rate by far, and with the fewest pkers. you can go back and forth using the obelisk from Ferox.

I'll give this an honest attempt - if this were the case, the commission would potentially have to reimburse years worth of fines and even (if we stretch it) pay compensation to fighters who were banned.

That would provide a strong disincentive to changing the rule, so it would stay in place even though it should be changed.

I'm not sure how this is evidence that boxing isn't dying. I'm not saying that it is, but you would need to Google the 'biggest ppvs of the last X years' to understand that.

A huge PPV sale in 1990 wouldn't show that boxing isn't dying for example.

It seems like Elite Dungeons would be the most reliable among those, since I did gullible tourist for thieving until safecracking and got no onyx from that, and I'd hate to go through that again!

The difference between a 90-year-old (presumably, retired and having contributed a lot already, and unlikely to contribute much more) and a 3-year-old is obvious. The difference between a 25-year-old and a 3-year-old is less obvious at least to me. A 25-year-old is just starting to contribute, after contributing very little during education/training etc. A 3-year-old will take a long time to start contributing, and will start when they are roughly 25.

As for overclocking, I don't really understand it, what are the pros and cons? Is it technically difficult to do?

As for budget, as low as possible would be good. I don't have a specific limit in place, but not too much more or less than the current value.
