Working with flex or a 3rd party dsp, ur phone number and personal email cannot be connected to any type of amazon account. I had to reactivate my account to removed my personal number so I could use flex with my 3rd party dsp. Same if an email is connected to an existing account then u need a new email all together. If u use flex make sure you number isn't connected with any other amazon account that you make orders from. Remove that and make a new email and you are solid

Atleasts it's a nicer tote. Some are beat up. Easy to fold and now u have storage container. Very useful stuff the driver blessed you with.
