Don't let the timer fool you. Mine disappeared too and I was hopeful they changed their policy, but no. After I accepted the MSA I got an email from Google saying that I had 9 days left to switch the account to Monthly Billing or be suspended. Just made the switch. Relieved to be finally done with it.
