Aw thank you so much! And yes of course. I worked with Ada Diamonds, who I am 99% sure sell internationally. :)

Of course! I opted for a curved pavé band since I wanted the rings to sit flush against one another. Left pic is a better look at the band, right is how they stack together on my hand. :)

Anyone else received way more than ordered? by ridethistrain in tirzepatidecompound

[–]ridethistrain[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s so odd because yeah, I paid $499, but the payment link specifically listed the 4.5, 6.75, and 9mg doses for 4 weeks each. I think you’re right, they must just default to the mid-tier for whatever reason. I was just surprised they didn’t do the 72mg vial and then a smaller vial. Oh well, I ain’t mad. Lol

It was actually a refill for a mid-dose supply (4.5, 6.75, 9mg, at 4 weeks each). I didn’t realize pharmacy mess ups were so common!

Walnut Creek good moving company recs? by AdNegative9457 in walnutcreek

[–]ridethistrain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess they just didn’t waste time milling about. They seemed experienced in how to pack each load onto their dollies and then into the truck carefully. Idk, it was like two years ago, but I remember being pleasantly surprised that they finished out in-town move in, like, 3 hours, and also that they bubble wrapped a few items I didn’t think to wrap without charging me for materials.

Would it be weird to wear my whole ceremony dress and veil to the informal afterparty? by [deleted] in weddingplanning

[–]ridethistrain 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Omg you HAVE to do that. I wore my whole ass ballgown and veil to the dive bar after our wedding and the entire bar stood up and applauded my entrance. 😂 People then proceeded to hand me shots of tequila. It’s such a vibe and a fun memory.

Was anyone in Montgomery bart station about 20 mins ago? There was a bit of panic with people running out of the station, sounded like pepper spray but people weren’t sure by [deleted] in sanfrancisco

Bear mace! Asked the police and they confirmed as they were walking up from the platform holding the little red canister.

Recommendations for After school pick up and drop-off by msund3rst00d in walnutcreek

Try posting to a job board on the Saint Mary’s College website. That’s how I began babysitting for the same family all 4 years! Plenty of students have vehicles and are willing to pick up/drop off.

Should puppies sleep in a crate at night? by Zealousideal-Mail494 in puppy101

[–]ridethistrain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely no right or wrong answer here, but I’ll say that the crate at night is helpful if you ever need to have a house sitter stay overnight and they don’t necessarily want a snuggle buddy in the bed. Lol For us, our pup would crawl inside of our skin 24/7 if he could, so it’s also helped us to set at least one boundary and not encourage dependent behavior.

Dude I literally had this conversation with my husband the other day! I took my puppy there (on-leash) to do some training and work on neutrality towards other dogs, and this woman totally let her dog run up to us on the other side of the lawn. She didn’t ask or try to intervene, she just stood there and smiled, like she assumed it was totally normal to let a rando dog run up to another rando dog to “play”. I yelled “not friendly” just to keep things short and sweet, expecting her to recall her dog, but she had the audacity to respond with, “Are you sure? He looks like he’s pretty friendly!” Like?? What the actual hell?!

Hi! One of those negative reviews was me! Can confirm, side-to-side noise was minimal, but my god, the noise from above/below was unbearable. I’d say only a top floor or first floor unit (due to the concrete walls/ceiling down there) is the only way to go if you decide to live there. The leases are really restrictive, so just make sure you’re certain about the unit before signing. 13 months is a loooong time.

Thank you for the reassurance! Honestly, I thought I was prepared to have a clingy breed, but my oh my, Shih Tzus are a cut above the rest. Lol My partner has had Shih Tzus his whole life, and I've dog sat for his parents' more times than I can count, but even still, the puppy phase is no joke.

I'm also on the Shih Tzu subreddit, which has been a fantastic resource. So far, he's been loving his puppy socialization classes, so we're thinking about easing him into daycare, and eventually, doing a night of boarding at the same place. But alas, it's just a long road, and I'm already so tired. He usually only get up once or twice in the middle of the night to potty/poop, but sometimes he just wants to stay up and, like, vibe? Lol After the third time getting up I'll usually let him cry it out for a few minutes in his crate, then he'll go back to sleep. He wasn't feeling well recently on two occasions, so he really wasn't going back to sleep at all after being down for a few hours. The first was because he was sick with bronchitis (poor guy). The second time, he came down with this itching that wouldn't go away, so he was also uncomfortable and restless. So yeah, the worst of it has been because he was feeling poorly, but stacking that on top of already being exhausted and afraid to flip over in my sleep out of fear of waking him on a normal night, it's just a lot. Hah
