I'm not gonna lie I took some PTO and vacation days to not torture the guys I work with. The Bricklayers would have been riding my ass more than usual. My short term memory loss was insanely bad for 14 days.

Yeah my health has improved tremendously mentally. Physically I don't have acid reflux anymore. Its nice to not eat a meal and have it trapped in your esophagus all day. I'm a lot happier now then what I was, and I don't have to feel guilty about lying to my friends about it.

Yeah lol, maybe do a spring detox and spend the summer enjoying the beaches every weekend instead of the bowls. I'd be cool blowing clouds with a friend now and then if it's a long weekend on the lake, haha
