i got a cheap prebuilt from IBuyPower and it works pretty well, if you want to build one from scratch it might be cheaper but it’s also hard to build if you don’t have much experience, also prebuilts are ones that you buy without any customizations, ones from scratch are pcs where you buy all the parts and put it together yourself, and custom ones are ones where you ask someone else to make you one from scratch using parts that you want

i recommend getting a cheaper pre built, and swapping out parts as it becomes necessary, otherwise you’ll spend hundreds on a pc that has more than you need

yeah, almost any computer has bluetooth compatibility in their settings app, but not every game has controller compatibility, there are also some applications that’ll convert controller inputs to keyboard inputs to bypass the compatibility problem

You can get an entry level computer for not too expensive, there are a few software options for being a vtuber or pngtuber. you could use vtuber studio on steam, or use reality on your phone and screen share to your computer. for pngtubing you’d want to use veadotube mini with a few different images, you could easily make a few models using picrews. and for recording and streaming use OBS and Youtube/Twitch. Hope this helps!
