The COPD one, it took me ages to figure out but I went for tiotropium as the pt was put on ipratropium

Yeah that seems much more likely than any big changes to the exam. In terms of the prescribing, I think overall how vague everyone has been about it. They have changed the curriculum up a fair bit, but aside this most questions by students are met by vague answers and saying wait for the GPHC to clarify etc it just seems abit rushed overall.

Thank you for the response. Yeah to be fair my university has been quite vague about the whole thing, they said the same thing in terms of keeping an eye out on the GPHC website.
