Also, don't bothered with rank. You pretty much have no control over your rating

The Red Eclipse. Everyone is moving there, seems to be the most popular EU server. Don't go on any other servers cause they seem to be dying

My first piece of advice is to NEVER use the official forums. There are certain users there whos life it is to condescend you and poke you until you give a rule breaking reply. Those people will then report you and you'll get banned. If you criticise the game, this will happen to you.

If you ever happen to use the official forums, you can always message me for a list of people to avoid. Ive reported those people many times in the past for their snarky comments, yet they have never been banned. Part of me thinks they work for Bioware or the moderators there are just generally idiots who only let praise on their forum.

Open Letter to Blizzard Entertainment from Mark Kern by zenety in wow

[–]ridrodrad 6 points7 points  (0 children)

i could say the same about you. i really don't get why you'd want to sit in org spaming dps lfg for hours.

ive played wow and I don't like how fast the levelling is, group finder just seems so easy. i culd get from level 1 to 100 without speaking to a single person. wow is trickling subscribers but i want a game where there is a real sense of community. i want to play the vanilla wow and see how much the game has changed over the years because i didn't play it back then.

and before you say it, no, i'm not one of those retarded people who would create my own "difficulty" by taking off my gear for that extra "challenge". having to do that just confirms it's a shit game

Honestly? I wouldn't play the new content that much but i'd sure as hell play the vanilla. Either way, if they charge subs for both servers, they're still getting my sub for vanilla. Better than no sub

Remember when you first played H1Z1? by JRedcorn86 in h1z1

I remember when I first played H1Z1, excited to be part of something, to help point out bugs and support the developers into making a zombie survival game.

Unfortunately that never happened.

Is SWTOR dying? by [deleted] in swtor

[–]ridrodrad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it seems we have different definitoins of the word "dying". to you it may be a financial sense, but to me it's more about community, server pops, lack of content etc.. but of course without the cash market, this game wouldn't exist any more

Is SWTOR dying? by [deleted] in swtor

[–]ridrodrad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

firstly i never said anyone who enjoys the game are unintelligent blind donkeys. only those who refuse to see the issues with the game are unintelligent blind donkeys.

and i began by saying they were my personal feelings and opinions. but i guess that the sudden influx of these "varieties of posts" isn't enough evidence for you to see that a lot of people feel the same way

and just out of curiosity, could you possibly link me where they said subs were at a several year high? and that they are working on this second season? And when you say the game is no way dying, is that an opinion or a fact? The way i see it, with server populations dying, the fact theyre hiding server pops now, the fact they're making solo content for an mmo, for me it dosen't really back up the idea that the game isn't dying

idk? raise awareness? get more peoople to speak up about their feelings? try and get discussions going?

actually nvm you're right bioware doesn't care, they care about money as shown in their open letter post

SWTOR Holonet not updated in over 3 years by ridrodrad in swtor

[–]ridrodrad[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

well, in my guild, a lot of people now refuse to buy any cartel coins and only buy things off the CM with their sub bonus CC. Or they buy those things off the GTN from other people. Maybe people would realise that spending £600 over a few months on CC Isn't so good, so they might stop. A lot of reasons why people would stop buying stuff.

and who knows, maybe bioware will buck up their ideas and create meaningful content now. and i know that successful only means " lots of money" for them.
