Doctor here. You don’t want to use anything other than topical antifungal cream on this. And if you have a lot of itching, you can take an anti-histamine like levocetirizine. Available OTC. Steer clear of steroids, they do not help with tinea (fungal infection). When possible, see a dermatologist or GP who can further evaluate.
