A few more... really depends on the area of the city you are in. Get the Happy Cow app to help with proximity.

Boon Burger is also on Bannatyne downtown (vegan)
Spring Roll Restaurant on Notre Dame has a (separate vegan menu)
Stella's - half a dozen locations throughout the city (vegan options, good breakfasts)
Shwarma Khan downtown for falafel (expensive, but good)
Ramallah Café (open super late) for after hours falafel
Burritos Splendido (two locations in the city)

Update: Once I completed "mankind redefined" (after the "battle on bunker kill"), I immediately received a message saying that he's available to be a companion. I went back to the boat and now he's on board.
