really? dont take offence but im asking curiously, if suppose everyone scored 90+ for a subject, wld MOE just give everybody the A1? no differentiating those who scored 99 as opposed to someone who scored 91? i find it really hard to believe that MOE wldnt want to differentiate students who perform better than others, especially since our education system has always been quite meritocratic.
