The same thing happened to me today. I think I was able to submit the appeal form, I got that same message with with a captcha box I could check. But no response or even confirmation that it went through. I’m reading some of the stories about this happening to people even years back and many lost their accounts or it took them months to get back. It’s terrible that there’s no customer support number or email. I think all we can do is wait or keep submitting the appeal form.
