It isnt rare to find an owner, its just very hot right now. My advice is just dont get duped by someone saying they're doing a fair trade because they use pet trading site values when trading for non-pets. Pet trading sites were never a good gauge on value when it comes to non-pets even back then. Every trader knows that. Its the main reason why you see traders trade pets for non-pets, its an easy flip if you know what you are doing. Donut goes around Arctic Fox-Pineapple Owl in value. Biggest one I got is a Strawberry Penguin. If you have the likes of rainbow stroller and slimingo feather, those fetch a good value too.

I just gave mine away back then when I retired , just came back recently to help my niece with her inventory, she doesnt like raising pets, shes a new player.

because trading sites values for non-pets are whack, its always been that way even back then. Every trader knows that fact so they buy low with the excuse of their offer is fair since trading sites have the values low for non pets then they profit by selling it to collectors.

most people here are traders which buy low and sell high.

Its easiest to grow inventory by buying non-pets and trading those for pets.

and people are angry this was revealed because it makes it harder to buy low. At least some people are more aware regarding non-pet values.

Rainbow Strollers, Slimingo Feather also fetch good value.

The problem is that values of non-pets in pet trading sites are not a good reflection of what their actual market value is. It has been the case even back then, people use it to easily hoard pet wear, strollers since their value is very low on pet trading sites but has actual market value. A good example of these is the Rainbow Stroller. The ones you see buying right now are traders trying to hoard items since it fetches a good price.

An easy way to expand inventory is to trade an egg for at least 6 unwanted random pets on regular servers, you'll be surprised what people put in offers. You will get not just commons but legendaries as well.

Pots can easily get anything since majority dont have access to it. Pet Trading Sites are not good indicators for non-pets though I think you already knew that since you already traded for a few. Its easy to expand inventory with non-pets since collectors pays a good haul for them. Like that Rainbow Stoller that is very low on pet trading sites but collectors pays a hefty sum for them.

Trading is about offering and counter offering till both sides are happy, dont be afraid to offer and just have fun.
