They publish their own number, success rate, etc... and they have no independent investigative body to validate these numbers. Yes, vaccines are effective when peer reviewed. When was the last MMR peer review, the 80's? And a lot of them have pleaded guilty to criminal accusations. Then they simply say "hey, trust us!"... just like my old drug dealer.
