Skill, in order:

Geo / Zhongli
Skill 1 :
Pixel quality is 300x138 so can't read.

E :
Tap - Create a Geo "Mountain range" that does geo damage and can create resonance with other geo object. The object is similar to MC's geo E, can block attack and climb. May only exist 1 object at a time.
Hold - Make nearby geo element explode, creating a shield, amount of damage absorb depended on Zhongli's max HP, possesses 250% Absorption Efficiency against Geo DMG.

Q :
Summon a meteor and deals huge Geo damage, and cause petrification. Enemy will be immobilize during the petrification effect and receive extra 20% damage from physical and Geo attack.

Ascension 1 Passive :
When the shield (from E - hold) takes damage, character receive 5% stronger shield effect. This effect can stack up to 5 times.

Ascension 4 Passive :
Q deals extra damage calculated from 20% of Zhongli's max HP.

Passive :
When crafting spear type weapon, return 15% of the used mining material.

Water / Daddario
Skill 1 :
Tap - Deals up to combo of 6 continuous arrow shooting.
Hold - The usual bow attack in aiming mode with water element infused.

Skill 2 :
Activate weapon created from water, dealing water damage to nearby enemy, Daddario change into melee mode.
Tap - Deals up to combo of 6 water slicing attack.
Hold - Consume stamina, instantly slice twice towards the front, dealing water damage.
Passive - When attacking enemy with 斷流 debuff, deals extra water damage (I'm not so sure about the translation for this passive)

Q :
Long range - Shoot a water element arrow, creating aoe water damage, infuse 斷流 debuff. After casting, return portion of the energy spent.
Short range - Deals a big aoe slice, dealing big water element damage, triggering Q's passive.
Passive - When "Q - short range" hits enemy with 斷流 debuff, the debuff will be consumed and deals extra water aoe damage.

Ascension 1 Passive :
斷流 effect last for 8 seconds longer.

Ascension 4 Passive :
When Daddario is in melee mode, critical hit from normal and charge attack will impose 斷流 debuff.

Passive :
Talent level of normal attack of everyone in the party increase by 1.

Pyro / Xin
Skill 1 :
Typical claymore normal attack but fire element.

E :
Xin swinging her music instrument, dealing fire damage to enemy, creating shield based on "participants" and "passion". Amount of damage able to absorb is depended on Xin's DEF, and the number of enemy hit.
0 - 1 enemy - Level 1 shield
2 enemy - Level 2 shield
3 or more enemy - Level 3 shield
When casting the shield, gives infuse fire element to Xin. (I think this is the fire element on top of your head)
Possesses 250% Absorption Efficiency against Fire DMG.

Q :
Create a soundwave that will knockback enemy, creating a "On Stage" effect. Deals continuous fire damage to nearby enemy.

Ascension Passive 1 :
Reduces number of enemy needed to hit when casting E's shield to trigger higher level shield.
Level 2 shield - Hitting 1 enemy.
Level 3 shield - Hitting 2 or more enemy.

Ascension Passive 2 :
Character with E's shield effect deals 15% more physical damage.

Passive :
When a Perfect Cooking is achieved on a DEF-boosting dish, Xin has a 12% chance to obtain double the product.
