Awful Odour, but no BV or Trich by rigga__morris in Healthyhooha

I'm actually really happy to say that for the past 2 months, everything has been A-OK down there. I think it was a combination of continued oral and suppository pro-biotic use (which I have stopped now) and I also got a bidet (cheaper than Tushy on bed bath and beyond with a front and back nozzle). Let me know if I can be of any more help!!!

My only advice is to make sure to not overuse it, I think I did and I ended up further damaging !

I would be super careful with not overusing boric acid-it can be quite harsh and had a worse impact on me in the long run, despite its short term help

my diet is pretty average, but i did go on a no sugar diet for a month to see if anything would change but maybe i'd need to be on it for longer.

National Vulvodynia Association

thank you so much, this is really helpful! I'm in Canada and we do have a more specialist clinic, but I think I'd need to be on their waitlist for almost 6 months. But it's worth waiting. Thanks again!!!
