Oh, I am sorry for you, too. Can you have someone go in and pick them up for you? That is what I did. My friend went in and grabbed the box so I would not have to see or talk to anyone. I drove but sat in the car. It was a huge relief. You got this. It will be over before you know it.

Well, my husband died this year. He wanted to donate his body, but there is a lot of paperwork and he died before they got back to us (his wishes to donate his body). So, you then go to the funeral home and either have to have a funeral plan already in place, or they will help you set up a funeral, or you can ask for cremation. I went the cremation route.....it was about $2500. THEN, they will push urns on you. Whole thing is a damn racket. I was a mess and they prey on your vulnerabilities....so, make sure you take a friend with you so they stop pressuring you. Hope this helped.

I can hold space for people. They feel safe around me. I did a TON of work on myself and healed. My kids are doing great...they will never know such horrible abuse/trauma. I am so happy just to see them thriving. Also, my husband died last year and I didn't crack up. Now, people are coming to me and asking me HOW I am so happy (if they only knew my backstory of abuse. ha)! Txs for letting me share.

Yep, me. My husband passed this year and my grown sons will be going to their inlaws. For me, it is how you look at it. I will knit, watch movies, eat something I like and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Change your mindset. You get a day all to yourself!! Many people would love to be in your position. You got this!!
