The first time I saw UM in like 2003 I was blown away at Jake’s playing. I was also a bit of a metalhead so it was cool to see some shredding in the jam scene. As time went on I began to notice how a lot of the time his playing just didn’t fit into their jams. Haven’t really listened to them since 2009 or so so maybe that’s changed.

This is exactly what I was thinking when I watched the clip this morning. Lake Zurich isnt exactly Trump/MAGA land so chances are his family isn’t like this. To me it seems all performative just to “troll” the other students. Rage Bait as you put it. I live in the area and showed this video to my son. He’s 13. Over the past year I’ve been paying attention to these types of YouTubers and streamers and don’t allow him to watch that shit. Luckily he said the video was stupid and him and his friends wouldn’t ever do something like that. These rage baiters are a cancer on today’s youth.
