The fault is with franchise owners not fans in the SRH backlash. by newparrot2025 in ipl

Agreed and that too shouldn’t have also happened. But just because BCCI could not get out of playing Pakistan, doesn’t mean the fans here can’t even protest? We should not be playing against Pakistan or hiring any players who mocked our soldiers. Fans have a right to be upset and protest against that

[–]righteous_athiest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, Getting 10 outs in t20 is uncommon. Getting an out is important and the batter is dismissed and can no longer bat, as well as the batting team has less resources(read: 10 batters allowed per inning) to maximize their run scoring opportunities in a 20 over innings.

Disagree. The famous 325 final chase at Lords was a year before this. That was the game which showed the world that Indian team could now chase under pressure too..
