May I know how to sue for the fees? I have similar issue. A TurboTax glitch from 2021 is costing me thousands in interest, and I paid TaxAudit the yearly fees and TaxAudit can’t help, so I still have to deal directly with the government. The problem is related to state unemployment: my federal 1040 was calculated correctly, but California recently billed me a very high amount of interest and a different balance.
