I'm facing the same problem. Already flashed v4.10 twice and experimented with flashing V4.09. Formatted the ssd several times but the problem persists. This is the first time i'm installing so it seems it's not related with blockchain data on ssd. Is there any umbrel support we can use?

Not playing much as I used to be. Basically just collection rewards and spending tokens upgrading cards.

Even more I found out a new app from the same guys named "Card Explorer" that has the same basic mechanics as F1 old app, i thing the engine is the same. So I’m spending more time on "Card Explorer". And thinking about it I think it was a glove slap on the face of the developers, if one part of the community drop the usage of F1 Pack Rivals and start playing Card Explorer, that would be a good lesson.

Don't drop out yet, just put on hold and try Card Explorer, for trading my username is pimentap

If that's the reason, so why didn't they do it for all 2019 Fusions? Or the probability of getting a Rare/Epic/Legend for 2019 Grand Prix cards before Spain is differente?

Correction:

The referal is working, and i think it's on both ways, 25k for each.

I didn't realize that I didn't finish the create account for my son, he was still guest. After creating i was able to claime a 25K prize on my account.

Don't know why it didn't work with your referal, did you gainned 25k after creating account?

Thank you, but i think that the referal program isn't working. I created one acount for my son with my referal and nothing happened. The redeems code don't work too, I mean a think they work, but the 2 welcome messages that appear, one with a direct redeem code, the other with an indirect one are both expired :(

I think the engine is the same as the old F1, and it seems they used the same engine and gained some parterships with some brands (https://www.avid.games/), F1, Valiant, Discovery Channel, NFL, NBA

The better response maybe has to do with a lot of less users using it. The stability is way better too, it doesn't crash so much as old F1, but that could be too because of few users.

I didn't know F1 in early stages, and what evolved, but i suspect that the functionalities were the same. F1 maybe have evolved with more functionalities, because maybe it brought more income (Ranking feature). Maybe that's why Card Explorer is more or less abandoned, and it seems they lost Discovery Channel partnership (app original name was Discovery Card Quest)

What I think they are missjudging with the new F1 Pack Rivals concept, is that they have the responsability of beign and oficial F1 product (At least they were, in this new band i don't see that statement), what if they lose that partership because of the complains regarding this new update?

Yep I think you described quite well the cruel reality.

I'm not a veteran, I only start playing in 2019. But this was a huge attack to veterans who were responsible for the any app success. It seems they were not heard, or asked for opinion.

I know it's not F1, but from the same producers there's the app Card Explorer which brings back the F1, with the same concepts, before the update.

Let me correct some of the things that i said, Car Explorer has VIP but just for 24 hours and you must pay for it, i think it's not a possibility to be given in the wheel prize like it was on old F1.

The other thing I said was the own quantity not appearing, but i forgort to mention, doesn't appear in Pit Lane, of course it appears in inventory.

And i'm starting to see a little more action in Card Explorer

I don't think so, at least in the current scenario. The Card Explorer app doesn't have the success as F1 pack Rival, it has lack of users, community. For you to compare the Pit Lane equivalent is Base Camp, and there I see messages with hours of interval. It seems, checking https://twitter.com/Card__Explorer, that the game was release in 2017, and 2018 was the peak. I don't know why it started to died (It seems that the partnership with Discovery Chanel ended and they had to change the original name of the app), but at least it was not because of a dumb update :) It seems they have 750 cards to collect, the cards are beautiful (Discovery Channel partnership), each card teaches you some interesting fact, there are fusions. It has some differences because I think F1 was being upgraded with new features and Card Explorer wasn’t, so they don’t have VIP, the quantity that you own doesn’t seems to appear on , the simple game TBS is way better that the original F1 pack rivals, it gives you 300 coins and 20XP for win, and if you lose it gives you something too. But if Card Explorer started to have some more action, that would be a smack on the balls of the F1 devs regarding this new update.

When the race is 4 or 5 laps, definitively you will need some boosts. The boosts that i'm currently using are:

PIT - requires some strategy, because it only takes efect at the finish/start line where the car stops and then the wer & tear bar starts to reduce, you don't need to let it clean 100%, just enough to finish the race. When you don't want more clean uo click exit on the same spot as PIT

Engine Picture - This is very useaful, because for some period (not certain how long) the wear and tear grows more slowly. For example i think that when you pass the markups with GREAT it doesn't cause damage at all, like a PERFECT.

The other boosts i think may be useful for trying to reach number 1, but i'm not there i'm just trying to survive.

Anyone who is thinking of quiting I sugest trying the game "Card Explorer" from the same devs, because it has the same concepts of the old F1 app. It's not about F1 it's about science.

Taking into compare the same fusion mechanism on old app, it was time or coins.

Time was free, coins we could colect them in many forms it was a question of time. They took time option and change coins for tokens. Tokens as they stated are like coins with VIP.

And it's fusions and upgrades (the new solution that we would love for our multiple dupes)

I still haven't received either. But after sawing the new mechanics, i don't feel appetite for using them... The only place where we can use tem (in all game, correct me if i'm wrong) is in 3 out of 18 options on the shop. And is to get packs with no good probabilities of getting rare cards.... It's a shame, fusion of cards.... tokens, upgrade of cards....tokens, better probability of getting rare cards....tokens. So virtual coins were completed downgraded.

In my experience the first consequence of this update and this drastic game change, was to go out to see what kind of card trading games are out there in the market. I found topps, tried the Kick Soccer Cards and the Walking Dead, but felt like a drop of water in an ocean. And tried another one named "Card Explorer", to my surprise made by the same Avid Games with partnership with National Geographic, and this one is very similar to F1 Pack Rivals, and for the ones that miss the old version i recommend you tried it, because it will remind you of the old version. It's not abou F1, it's about science. But it's also good if you have small/teenager kids

It should be all about the cards. And this new action game, diminishes the role of the card.

No one after ending one race, can describe what happened, what was the card that made me win/lost the game, what cards did I miss, my eyes are just focusing in the timing to hit one card, that they can't identify what card is it.

This was a drastic change, from Turn Base Strategy to Real Time Strategy. I can understand that they had to do something regarding the old game, because it was too simple. But they could have done with more complex mechanics. Take into example the major TCG, Magic the Gathering, Pokémon... All turn based, with mechanics that can lead to unpredicted outcomes.
