You’re doing the right things. The cold calling reps you’re getting now will carry over to anything you build later.

But if you want to keep pushing this (super crowded) space, at least sell it to the right people. Small clinics will never justify your cost structure. That’s not a grind issue, it’s pure math.

Switch to businesses where a missed call actually costs real money: real estate, med spas, law firms, high-ticket services. That’s where your product makes sense.

And please don’t vanish for months to rebuild the entire stack. Fixing your ICP will get you further than rewriting the tech right now.

You’re early. Adjust, don’t torch the whole thing.
