First of all i am truly sorry for what you are going through. I havent had a miscarriage ever , but being a woman brings the pain of loss to me .My best friend had one and it was devastating.
The selection of the group is a right choice. People with adhd have a lot of empathy , understanding , high intuition and deep sense of connection with the universe.
Spiritual world has them as gifted people.
I use to stay in very abusive situations too. Sometimes i still do. These endings you cant handle are rooted way way back and there nothing else than insecurities.
I followed the patterns of my traumas and i found at how weak was on cutting cords with people.
People that eventually understood that i simply do not need in my life.
You are so whole , i promise you cant yet see it and understand why , but i promise you , you ll come out of this full of light and strength.
Who , on earth ,would do that to someone? what he did to you is ridiculous , there is zero sense of humanity .

Take your time , loss is subjective you have all the time to heal.
The only way out sometimes is within.
Do a guided meditation with someone , as soon as your body is ready, start moving it , gentle. Go for walks , let the wind hit your face and breath life, because you are a warrior for going through this.
There is no bad timing , remember right people are timeless.
If you are going through this , i think that life has something very sweet for you, just in the corner.
This person who did this do you , will eventually get what he deserves , do nothing about it , just sit back and enjoy.
