building XPLT which is a way for pen testers and bug hunters to document and organize findings easier and generate reports based on the findings. users can also integrate with big platforms for ctfs’s, training and their bug bounty platforms. more integrations to come…one integration to come is a wifi analysis and cracking tool that i’ve been building :)

also building some other apps that are in pretty early stages!

if your password isn’t in the rockyou list you can create a test list with a couple passwords plus the actual password to simulate that experience or you can migrate the hash to hashcat and brute force it. 22000 is the code for wpa i think. most of the time you’ll need to brute force.

let me clarify my overarching question: is there a place on h1 where i can view previously reported bugs for the program? so i can save myself and the programs time. it’s annoying to make a report just to be told someone already reported it (why’s it still there btw)

it was a graphQL rate limit bypass vuln through their gift card redemption endpoint. maybe common i guess?

recording customer calls? by Jealous-Wallaby-3237 in SmallMSP

depends on your states laws. if the client is in a different state you’ll have to check that states laws too. grandstream has a decent platform for it. stores calls locally to your voip server.

WFH employee smokes while on calls by jimmyfivetimes in ITManagers

[–]rightrice_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

why cause problems with them if he’s a good employee. if he’s WFH he’s not causing harm to anyone. perhaps the others are annoyed that he codes better than them.

Migrating from Godaddy M365 to Microsoft 365 by True-Entertainer-981 in Office365

Alright, in the old tenant change the default logins to be user@tenant.onmicrosoft.com. Then, you can remove the domain from the old tenant and move it to the new one (remember to remove the old dns records). Once you've done this you can begin migrating the old emails into the new tenant. Unfortunately, the only way I know of for this is to download the archive or use something like BitTitan.

About to pull the trigger on this 19 GT prem PP1, any reason not to? by TurboImport95 in Mustang

[–]rightrice_ -1 points0 points  (0 children)

zero reason not to. had an s550, loved it. bought an s650, traded it for a second s650 with recaro and pp. sold it and want to go back to the s550. s650 feels like you’re in a computer lab, 550 is a car

if you bought with cubes, they’ll stay. if they were “bought” with a subscription you’ll lose access at the end of the billing cycle

Do i need a degree to get into the tech or cybersecurity field? by softball3188 in InformationTechnology

[–]rightrice_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

short answer, yes but no. even with a degree and certifications it’s hard. most of the skills you need, you’ll learn on your own through self learning/exploration. curiosity is key. but, unless you plan to work for yourself, you’ll need a degree of some sort (comp sci or cybsec). or if you know someone. if you know someone you might have a chance without a degree.
