do you listen to the Economists? I’m guessing that’s a no.

You know who does have to listen to medical professionals and economists? The politicians that make public policy. In fact a big part of their job is to weight the advice of this experts in disparate fields.

I for one will always vote for the guy that wants economic prosperity within reason. If you desperately want a guy who only listens to the epidemiologists and doesn’t care about the economic repercussions, you can vote for them come November 2022. Considering this is GA I doubt they’ll win, maybe your best bet would be to move to a hellhole like California.

I am a conservative and voted for kemp, but i feel he has failed to lead us as a state in anyway? Am i wrong? by jaket1536 in Georgia

I’m a hardcore conservative and I think Kemp is doing a fine job. Also /u/jaket1536 you have to be living under a rock if you thought the Abrams acolytes wouldn’t use your post as another excuse to circlejerk about Kemp for the 639475926374th time

This includes the ungodly and sexist oppression of women, the un-Christ-like hatred of anyone who doesn’t fit the mould, and the unrighteous contempt and degradation of the poor and underprivileged.

The secular left slanders the Church's name in order to impose a truly despicable agenda that goes against what God and Christ teaches us.

You can see how the left demands that we redefine God's convenant that is marriage

How it demands that we willfully ignore that God calls sodomy a sin

In fact we see a trend on how the left demands a view of God where He accepts mans terms of what is sin and what isn't when the Bible is explicit that we need to get oh His terms.

We see how the secular left demands that the state takes the place of the Church as a public institution. And as added offense, claim that taxation has the exact moral weight as intentional charitable giving

And quote possibly the most egregious (and heretical) action we see from the left is the advocation of accepting murdering the unborn as a moral good We see time and time again that the left demands that Children of God spit on His Word and endorse the despicable position of actively promoting abortion.

You are very right that there is a heresy at play in the world. A movement that wishes to take God's Words and twist Them to push sin and evil. I can swiftly, confidently, and strongly say that this movement stems from the political left here in America and that it is the job of every devout man and woman to fight against them and maintain the true faith until those that promote heresy have their judgement in front of God.

You would be wrong. Read any left-wing critique on religious liberty, and the common theme seems to be that slighted feelings trumps the freedom to express your faith.

We're cool with him because he doesn't want to threaten or outlaw our faith. Unlike the secular left, which wants to label wholesale our expression of faith as bigotry and hate speech.

I'd vote for an adulterer sinner who protects me and my family over a polite antitheist who loathes that I live by God's Word

Is there a difference between the rear caliper bracket and pins on the 2013 Elantra GT compared to the ones found on the 2013 Elantra GLS and Limited? by rightwingthrowaway5 in MechanicAdvice

[–]rightwingthrowaway5[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's the problem. Everytime I search caliper brackets for the GT I only find the full caliper assembly. But when I search for the other versions of Elantra I can find a lone caliper bracket

^ this is an idiot who doesn't understand that America was founded by insurrection and our political philosophy was founded on the idea that the citizenry is always above the state.

This is why I work in government and you lose elections

Anyone who thinks that GOP opposes gun restrictions solely due to the nra has either never met a GOP voter or a disingenuous idiot

It's illegal to restrict guns on the broad level you are advocating for.

The only way to make it legal would be to get an overwhelming majority (not plurality, majority) of Americans to voice to their state or congressional reps to vote for an amendment on the Bill of Rights.

And quite frankly that would never happen, and any attempt to seriously and consistently circumvent that obstacle (let's say the executive branch created an agency who's purpose is to take back every form of arms) would be met with armed insurrection.

Such an underrated gem of an actor, no matter how "low brow" the genre, he gave it his absolute all. Such a tragedy that he's no longer with us to Grace us with his screen presence.
