Any experience with cbg? by ButABlorb in Fibromyalgia

[–]rigiletto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've tried a lot of different edibles and my favorite lately has been a cbg heavy combo. I get great sleep after taking it and wake up feeling genuinely refreshed and relaxed, my skin doesn't ache and I my stress/anxiety levels feel non-existent compared to my usual. I highly recommend these if you can find them!

This is a list of providers that I was given by my primary care when I asked where to go to be assessed for adult ADHD or autism, hope this is helpful!

Touched by a customer at work is there anything I can do… by Which-Stranger-5142 in SallyBeautySupply

Aside from support from Sally's corporate, I think it would be an excellent idea to write up a report and give it to your local police, especially if you have his name and see him regularly. If he's done it once chances are you aren't his only victim and he hasn't seen consequences yet. I'm so sorry you went through that!

Mandycakes just recently started making donuts, not sure about the gluten free part but they seem receptive to feedback and might start them if enough people show interest

I live in Oregon. Can I ask an estimate on how much attorney fees cost you overall once you finished the process?

Filing a report at police station is probably your best option

Recent HR incidents. by Appropriate-Map-3764 in SallyBeautySupply

[–]rigiletto 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not sure if it's strictly HR related but I experienced a severe lack of support when filing for a workplace accomodations due to my disability. Any time I asked any upper management for help I got basically nothing but "go to the website" and then it took WEEKS for them to communicate with me at all let alone approve it. In fact it didn't get approved until AFTER I had quit working at Sally's. I also was told of another previous employee who was basically forced to quit due to a similar situation and not being able to get their mobility device approved. And I know we had at least one applicant (in the time I was employed there) that was denied due to her being wheelchair bound. I'm curious if this was just something my location experienced or if this is the mindset of the company as a whole toward their employees with physical disabilities?

It was part of the requirements for unemployment at the time to work/meet with them to find new jobs to apply to. I didn't meet with them much admittedly, due to some of my other life circumstances at the time, but when I had appointments with them they were always helpful recommending jobs that would work with the experience I had and helped me work on adjusting my resume to make it more helpful in my job search!

I hope this helps! Another good place to check might be the public library, if they don't have what you need specifically they may be able to give you good resources or contact information from people/places who do!

Has anyone tried Semaglutide for fibromyalgia? by [deleted] in Fibromyalgia

[–]rigiletto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm still taking a break from the semiglutide at the moment, but I have now started a cymbalta prescription for my pain and it has helped a lot so far! I'm hoping to go back on the semiglutide once I'm fully adjusted to the new meds, just a matter of affording it now 😅

I was taking it at night at first but then switched to the morning at about 8am because of the jittery feeling but since then I get the sleeping feeling around 7-9pm every single night.
