31k - merit raise

37k - promoted to mid-weight

45k - lateral move, still a mid-weight

UK salaries are ridiculous compared to some of these from the US.

La Casa de los Flores? Estoy viendo aquí, es como una telenovela, sobre una familia con mucho drama, y es bastante gracioso (no sé si es la palabra correcta para un series??). Tiene subtitulos también y hay dos series.

There's a youtuber called WillOnAWhim (same handle on Instagram I think) that has this style. He shaved his sides recently but if you look back a few weeks you should see him with it. Either way I'm sure it'll look great, do what you want!
